Baking Time was born out of a love for pastries and the desire to share sweet, memorable moments with others. Founded by Gaby, a Costa Rican pastry chef with over 10 years of experience, Baking Time has become a space where each creation is unique, personalized, and, most importantly, made with love. From beautifully crafted cakes for special occasions to allergy-friendly desserts (vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-friendly), at Baking Time, every detail matters. Our mission is to make every celebration unforgettable with a sweet touch that everyone can enjoy.

Led by Gaby, a pastry chef with roots in Costa Rica and a heart in Canada, our team is dedicated to creating desserts that not only look amazing but also cater to all dietary needs.
